If energy did not arrive
Send us the payment transaction hash and the recipient address. Every delegation we make is visible on-chain, so a lookup takes minutes: either the delegation is there and the wallet already has the energy, or it is not and we resolve it manually.
We do not have automated refunds, and this is deliberate: no private key is kept on our server, which is the same reason we can never move your funds. A refund therefore means a human doing it — write to us and it gets done.
If a number on this site is wrong
That is the report we want most. The whole proposition here is that every figure is measured and dated rather than copied. If you can show a figure is wrong, we re-measure it and correct the page, with the correction date visible.
What we will never ask you for
- Your private key or seed phrase — not for support, not for anything.
- Registration, KYC documents, or a password.
- Access to your wallet.
Anyone asking you for these while claiming to be Stronara is not us.
