What we store
- Order data: the recipient TRON address, the amount, and the transaction hashes. All of this is already public on-chain — we store it to match your payment to your order and to show you a receipt.
- Server logs: ordinary web-server records (address of the request, time, page). Used to keep the site running and to find failures.
- Correspondence: if you write to us, we keep the conversation so support can continue it.
What we do not store
- Private keys and seed phrases — we never ask for them and there is nowhere in the system that could accept one.
- Passwords: there is no account to have a password for.
- Identity documents: there is no KYC on a rental.
- Card details: we never touch them; payment is on-chain.
Third parties
To fulfil an order we call the API of the energy provider we buy from, and we read the TRON network through public nodes. Site traffic passes through Cloudflare. Site statistics are collected by Yandex Metrica. None of these receive anything about you beyond what an ordinary website visit involves.
Your requests
Write to us and we will tell you what is stored about a given order, or delete correspondence on request. On-chain records we cannot delete — nobody can; a blockchain is public and permanent by design.
